I know we all do it, tacos once a week? They are so easy, thoughtless and sometimes a little boring?! Well, not anymore! These chicken bacon ranch tacos are drizzled with homemade ranch, buffalo sauce, loads of bacon, shredded cheese and of course stuffed with juicy grilled chicken. The best combo and such a great way to up your taco night game!
Were using “homemade” ranch here and let me tell you it’s worth it & its only 3 ingredients. I’m talking wing stop ranch level, trust me do it! You’re going to mix about 1/2 cup of buttermilk with a 1/2 a cup of mayo (or greek yogurt) and 1 package of restaurant style buttermilk dressing ranch packet. Mix it until you get the consistency you like. More buttermilk will make it thinner and more mayo will make it thicker. Voila, homemade restaurant style ranch! Greek yogurt is a great substitute to make it a little more calorie conscious, but I say go all out!
All were doing here is cooking your bacon, seasoning our chicken and grilling it up until cooked through, toast and assemble your tacos and top with franks buffalo sauce and ranch and you’ve got the quickest and easiest taco night! Enjoy!
