This is the best quick & easy summery pasta dish! I love orzo! It’s so quick to make, gives you the feeling of eating pasta but it’s so much lighter! This whole dish just reminds me of summer & it is the perfect quick weeknight meal!

We’re only using a few fresh ingredients to make this one pot meal & I think you will be surprised at just how much flavor you can get from such few ingredients.

If you aren’t a huge fan of orzo you can do this exact same method with any small shaped pasta. Orecchiette would work great here too! Enjoy & don’t forget to tag me when you make it 👏🏻
