If you’re obsessed with CAVA like me, then you’re going to LOVE this weeks meal! It involves very little cooking, a little bit of prep work, but perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or even meal prep throughout the week! I’m telling you we devoured it!! Definitely going to be making this on repeat!
What makes cava so good in my opinion is the highly seasoned & juicy chicken. Check. The sauces. Check. & the pickled onions & cucumbers. Obsessed! And of course don’t forget the pita on the side.
I will say, I had a completely different meal in mind when I ordered groceries and this one kind of just evolved so I’m missing a few key ingredients. But thank goodness this came about because it’s probably one of my favorite “salads” I’ve ever made! But, that also means I was not prepared with hummus, feta, or pita. But do yourself a favor and don’t forget that!🙃
This bowl consists of a quick homemade creamy dill vinaigrette, quick microwaved pickled onion & cucumbers, rice, arugula, juicy dill chicken & of course a side of pita! You can also add roasted corn on top too for an extra crunchy bite! Make this bowl your own by adding anything else you like or top it all on a pita and wrap it up! Either way you slice it it’s refreshing, healthy & delicious! Let’s do it!
