Since were starting to feel like fall around here I figured we would make one of my favorite fall comfort meals! A beef stew always covers all the bases, its comforting, filling, healthy and so easy to do! I’m sharing 3 ways to make it so it will work for anyone. Each are equally as delicious and easy! This will take a few hours but if you do the 20 minutes of prep work you will be ready to eat as soon as dinner time comes. Which is honestly the best gift at the end of a busy day!
I like to use a good chuck roast and cut it into large chunks! This helps cook down easily plus gets a great color (flavor) on all pieces of the meat! This is an all in one meal so no need for a side, but I do love dipping some toast in all those delicious juices! Just season some good bread with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toast a few minutes on each side & get to dipping!
